B rickell is packed with creative real estate: from single-family mansions to mid-rise boutiques to 46th-floor (or higher) penthouses. There are also a wide variety of affordable options, including studios for single professionals. But every property comes with world-class amenities and a spectacular view. Some of our favorites are Icon, Carbonell, Brickell Flatiron and ECHO. But the list goes on.

There’s not a neighborhood in the city quite like Brickell. If you want a dynamic, urban scene with skyscrapers, this is your best bet. That said, South Beach has a hot nightlife and urban amenities, too. And Downtown, Wynwood, Edgewater and Midtown are growing into mature neighborhoods in their own right.
